Ash and Oak Arborists Ltd are the experts in tree and vegetation management. Locally owned and operated in the Bay of Plenty we come recommended. The team are trained and fully qualified in all aspects of the industry. Our specialist areas include; formative tree pruning, lateral reductions, large tree dismantles near or around buildings or roads. We have chainsaw operators for tree felling and shrub clearance and machine operators for stump grinding or hedge and shelter belt removal. For emergencies we have a 24 hour call out service. We have an ISA certified tree risk assessing consultant who can carry out surveys on individual or multiple trees and provide written reports to accompany. We can offer advice on budgets, covenants or TPO's (Tree Preservation Orders). We are “SHE” Health & Safety registered with local authorities.

Daryl Owen I have a large woodland garden and have used Alfa Contractors/ Ash & Oak for the past 5 years. Asher is genuinely interested in the trees and the health of my garden. I am always delighted that the garden is left so clean and tidy. Asher removed a large Magnolia Grandaflora that was under planted with Lirriope, Hosta’s and Hydrangea. There was no damage to these plants, and when he left, apart from the stump you would not have known the tree had ever been there. Asher has also removed a large hedge from the Te Teko Racecourse and again left the property very tidy. He is very efficient and professional to deal with and has a good friendly team.
